Ann
Lyons, owner and driving force behind Melons, has been in the
food and service industry for twenty-seven years. Her experience in
the catering industry as well as the experience of operating two acclaimed
restaurants has given her a service-oriented outlook. Ms. Lyons
philosophy about the business has always been 'to serve your clients
needs you must provide everything from small delivered luncheons and
elegant served dinners as well as large, fully produced corporate
and social events'. Ann's devoted clientele and word-of-mouth referrals
have taken her to Yosemite, Pebble Beach, Lake Tahoe and Santa Barbara
to care for her clients needs. Ann has been a guest lecturer
and is an active member in the industry, involved with ISES, MPI,
NACE, BACA and June Weddings, Inc.
