Shannon Eagle , Sales Consultant, is Melons newest colleague, joining
in June 2009.
Shannon began her event planning career fresh out of college when she joined a national trade show decorating company, building shows in cities across the country. When it was time to finally unpack her suitcase, she moved into a growing event department at the San Jose Museum of Art. There she was tasked with launching a wedding division, as well managing exhibition opening galas and creating after-hours youth programming. Before joining Melons Catering, Shannon worked at Sun Microsystems where she managed both meeting programming and evening events at the executive level.
